M&M's is a mentoring program founded at OSU in fall 2007 by OSU Engineering student, Karena Dokken.
The goals of M&M's are:
- to develop a lasting support network
- to develop academic and career potential
- to develop leadership skills, particularly in young female engineering students
M&M's is sponsored by OSU's Women and Minorities in Engineering and SWE, and is partnered with SHPE and NSBE.
