Oregon State University is a very unique place to study engineering. Whether you're an undergraduate student, a transfer student, or a graduate student, we want your learning experience at Oregon State Engineering to be one of the highpoints of your life.

Why OSU Engineering?

We offer a hands-on, experiential education that links what's taught in the classroom and laboratory with what's found out there in the real world. That's also why we emphasize research that's aimed at solving specific, real problems, and why we encourage our undergraduates as well as our graduate students to delve into research early on.

From our unique teaching approach to our applications-focused research, and everything in between, we give our graduates the technical expertise and interpersonal skills necessary to go on to do great things for the world—to solve the complex problems of tomorrow, starting today. After all, isn't that what truly great engineering is all about?
