Application for Scholarships

This application is for OSU Current students only

The scholarship application is an online process. The application form concludes with a 100 - 250 word statement summarizing your career goals. It is advisable to compose this prior to filling out the online form in a text editor with spell-checking. You can then paste your statement in to the provided text box in the form. Please fill out the form carefully checking your input as you go and submit only once.

Be careful not hit a return or enter keystroke before completing the form as this will submit the form. You may use the tab key to toggle between fields.

Some departments may require you to turn in a print-out of this application. If you need a print-out you must print the page before you hit submit.

Scholarship applications are due February 1
