IT Support/Technical Services

Growing, values-driven, tech-savvy, IT consulting firm seeks
Support/Helpdesk Technician to provide support to clients
(www.digiwest.com).  Digiwest, LLC is a provider of major IT
infrastructure and video conferencing solutions from Microsoft, Cisco,
Dell, Crestron, Polycom, Lifesize, Tandberg, & Sony.

Successful candidate will be dependable and trustworthy, & demonstrate
initiative and a strong desire to learn and support the business.
Candidate must be self motivated & customer-oriented, providing both
local and remote telephone support on hardware, software, and network
infrastructure issues to clients; comfortable handling multiple tasks
simultaneously, physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. 

A two year college degree in a computer related field AND at least two
years of work experience in related field.  Knowledge in the following
is helpful:  hardware and software support, including desktops, laptops
, Treos, LCD projectors, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows XP
Professional, network connectivity issues, configuring of remote
devices, resolution of printer issues, video conference equipment, and
audio visual equipment.  

The position requires A+ certification.  Certification in Microsoft
Windows XP Professional MCP desired, but not required.
