10th annual Willamette Valley Engineers Week banquet

The cost of the banquet is $30 per attendee.  If you wish to sponsor a student to attend the banquet (in full or part), please indicate the amount of sponsorship on the registration form.

You may also sponsor a table (8 tickets).  Please provide the names of all individuals at your table, and if you would like to sponsor students at your table, indicate the number of students.
